Thank you for bidding on this immaculate example of one of the last air-cooled Porsche Cabriolets. The paint is flawless and glossy with the exception of some tiny rock chips in front, and some very minor parking lot rash on the passenger's door visible in the photos. The car has a power soft top in excellent condition, although the color is somewhat faded. The car starts and runs perfectly, with great acceleration, handling, and braking. The ride is supple and very accurate. This car has led a pampered life of covered, indoor storage and careful operation by a non-smoking owner. There is no rust nor any bodywork imperfections anywhere. With the exception of the hydraulic assist struts, which help lift the trunk and engine cover, and the stereo which just stopped working, every component and system works as it should. The car has just been smogged, and is valid until July 2016. This Porsche has a brand new battery and 4 brand new Z rated tires with only 235 miles of use! In the forward compartment there is an unused space-saver spare tire with its air compressor. The tool bag includes all the standard tools and a lug nut key for the single security lug nut on each wheel.
