I am selling my very nice 1968 Dodge Charger, power steering, power brakes, small block v8- 318, runs and drives excellent, I have spent over 15000.00 this last year working on this charger. It has new black base coat-clear coat paint (the expensive paint) and new interior. this car is very nice in and out just look at the pictures, the small v8 has plenty of power and gets great fuel economy, I replaced the trunk pan and extensions and the right rear lower qtr patch panel, this charger was originally from Idaho and was stored for over 18 yrs when I got it, the floor pans have been replaced however it had only minor rust as we do not salt our roads out west. the body is excellent and very straight with its original body panels,fenders,doors,hood,trunk lid and qtrs. It was originally gold with gold and white interior, most of the chrome,bumpers,stainless,windows,dash are all original and very nice. heres a list of some of the new items I have replaced in the last 6 months. the original am radio still works so I installed a new am-fm-cd-ipod, under dash with new 6x9 speakers in the rear. Headlight doors work perfectly and are in excellent condition. If your looking for a real clean original Charger this is it, I hate to sell it but I have two boys in college. New- Brakes, master cyl, brake cylinders, all brake lines, repacked the bearings New- fuel tank, sending unit, all fuel lines, New- aluminum radiator, hoses, belts, alternator,washer reservoir with pump and lines, Rear tires, New, interior including, carpet, seat covers, package tray and insulation, seat foams, sound deadener, door seals, door panels and hardware, window felts inner and outer, door handles, etc. upper door pads are original and have been restored The heater, 3 speed wipers, speedometer, console shift auto, lights turn signals, flashers, horn, all work good. however the ground in the right side of the dash is not working so the gauge dash lights and gauges on the right side are not working, I checked it and its the back panel ground plug, it has a broken peg and can be replaced with a new one from year one for about 100.00, I just do not have time and they used to work well before, the left side panel lights and turn signal, high beam indicator lights all work well. The pictures show reflections in the paint, they are NOT scratches, no dents anywhere.
