Fresh from Opa's garage. Have owned car since 1974. Lightly used for parades and Sunday joy rides. Good running unit when put away 6 years ago. Engine still turns over and has good compression, transmission shifts fine, tires look good and held air since last year, car rolls, steers, and stops fine. Engine fired up with fresh gas fed to carb. No strange noises. Good original interior. All metal is there and solid, no holes or patches that I can see. Wheels, roof, and floor wood are good, exterior top needs to be resealed/recovered. It is all there and workable. With a nice paint job, fresh battery, fuel, and fluids you should be able to drive a piece of history! Paint and trim repair is easier and cheaper than mechanical repair. Mechanically this car is good! The only thing I remember changing from original was the installation of a 6v electric fuel pump. The original fuel pump worked, and is still there, but was unreliable for slow going on hot days. Bidders must be at least 18 years old, or older.
