THIS MERCEDES E320S LOOKS, RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD!
MECHANICALLY EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD AND THIS CAR EASILY PASSED OUT TOUGH VA STATE INSPECTION.
THE A/C BLOWS COLD!
THE PAINT AND BODY LOOK GOOD OVERALL, BUT THERE ARE A FEW ISSUES: THE CLEARCOAT ON THE HOOD IS PEELING OFF (SEE PIC BELOW), THERE IS A QUARTER-SIZED AREA OF RUST ON THE BODY ON THE LEFT-FRONT FENDER DOWN BY THE ROCKER PANEL (NEXT TO THE DRIVER'S DOOR-SEE PIC BELOW). LASTLY, THERE IS A SMALL SHALLOW DENT ON THE RIGHT-REAR 1/4 PANEL BETWEEN THE REAR HATCH GLASS AND THE RIGHT-SIDE GLASS (SEE PIC BELOW). OTHER THAN THOSE ISSUES, THE EXTERIOR PAINT AND BODY LOOKS VERY NICE WITH ONLY NORMAL SMALL CHIPS AND LIGHT SCRATCHES YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A CAR OF THIS AGE. THE ONLY OTHER EXTERIOR ISSUE IS THAT THE HEADLIGHTS ARE FROSTED AND NEED A GOOD BUFFING.
THE 16" ALLOY WHEELS LOOK GOOD (MINOR CURB SCRAPES). THE TIRES ONLY HAVE ABOUT 20% OF THEIR TREAD REMAINING, BUT THEY DID PASS OUR VA STATE INSPECTION.
THE INTERIOR IS VERY CLEAN! THE ONLY INTERIOR ISSUES ARE: A RIP IN THE BOTTOM CUSHION OF THE DRIVERS SEAT, SOME CRACKS IN THE DASH TOP PAD, A DROOPING PASSENGER SUNVISOR, A BLEACH STAIN IN THE CARGO AREA'S LEFT SIDEWALL, AND SOME LOOSE HEADLINER MATERIAL IN THE REAR CARGO AREA BESIDE THE SIDE GLASS (SEE PICS BELOW). OTHER THAN THOSE MINOR ISSUES, THE INTERIOR IS VERY CLEAN AND NICE LOOKING.
