You are bidding on a 1978 Ford Mustang "King Cobra". This was a limited edition Mustang, built only in 1978, with 4,313 units produced. It featured a deep air-dam, stripes, and a "Pontiac Trans am style" cobra snake decal on the hood. The King Cobra was available only with the Ford 302, 5.0 liter V8, with upgraded alluminum intake and four barrel carburetor. Runs great, no smoke, no noises... T-TOPS DO NOT LEAK... Beautiful Black Interior has no rips or tears and only one 2" crack in the dash pad. Needs paint on a rust free body. Several small dents, with the largest one shown in photo. The only rust hole on the car is in the spare tire well (1") shown in photo. This car runs and drives and is currently registered... It is a project however and needs cosmetic work . This car is an easy restoration project and because of its rarity, deserves to be restored. You will have the only King Cobra on the street...
