1996 Honda XR650L street legal with clear WI title. Used on the farm to check cows in pasture for the past ten years. 8149 miles. Was just taken to the dealer for a tune up and had the carburetor cleaned. Rear tire is 95% front is 70%. All lights, horn, blinkers work fine. Engine smokes slightly after it get warmed up but has lots of power. As far as upgrades it has a aluminum skid plate but no engine mods. Message with any questions.
