Due to medical reasons I am offering for sale a 1983 Honda Goldwing GL1100 Interstate. The bike is all original, brown in color, radio and runs perfectly for its age. New battery, starter and starter solenoid installed summer 2012. I have new timing belts that I never had the chance to install. (Honda "recommends" changing these belts @ 50,000 mi.(80,000 Km.). 2012 was the last season this bike was ridden routinely. Although it has been started routinely since. No rips or tears in upholstery and a driver backrest is included. The neutral light stays on and research shows this is common on the early Goldwings as the sender unit gets gummed up. As stated the bike has 81944 kilometers which averages out to 2650 Km. (1646 miles) for each season of its 31 year life. Due to spine and balance issues I constructed an outrigger wheel system. Selling the bike with the outrigger system. If you wish, the outrigger comes off easily (attaches @ 6 mount points). I am no longer able to ride, so the motorcycle is being sold "As Is, Where Is". It has not been insured or plated this year. I also have the bike listed locally so I reserve the right to remove/end this listing if sold locally. I have clear Title for this cycle.
