RELISTING due to non-paying bidder. If you are not able to come pickup the car, please do not bid Here's a cool convertible that's ready for summer! This 1972 Ford LTD was just checked out and had the alternator and voltage regulator replaced, new battery, suspension greased, and was checked over by a local shop (the owner has a '71 LTD, so he knows these cars!). I drive it almost every day, and it has good pickup (previous owner said it's a crate 390 engine; no idea if that's actually true). The top has two corner spots that are worn (see pics)-- they don't leak into the interior, however (the hole is only on the outside). The paint is definitely a 20-footer, but it looks cool with the flames. (The flames are not painted on--they're decals--and should be easy to peel off if needed). Oil/temp/voltage gauge cluster installed, plus a tach (which sometimes works; odometer had stopped working for a while, too, but is fine now, so miles are estimated). AM/FM/cassette radio works great; extra speakers were installed in the doors. Mufflers are a little loud and may need replaced, but it sounds cool! Interior is clean and comfy. The car is fun to drive around in and I hate to see it go, but it's just too big for our driveway.
