There are absolutely no issues and it will not disappoint! Since I am a private seller rather than a dealer, I will not charge sales tax or registration fees. These will be up to the buyer when the car is registered. Not sure about other states, but in Illinois, if you buy a car from a private seller, the tax is only $1,500 instead of 6-1/4% of the purchase price on a car selling for $30,000 or more. This is a significant tax savings for the Illinois buyer. This car has a clean Illinois title. I have it financed with Bank of America. If the buyer is financing, the institution will most likely coordinate with Bank of America to clear the lien and obtain the title. If the buyer wants to pay cash, I'm happy to work out the details with Bank of America to secure the title to pass to the new owner. I am also willing to deliver the car a reasonable distance. I could even deliver a longer distance for a fee to defray fuel costs and the cost of my trip home. If you're interested in having me deliver the car, please make arrangements with me in advance. If you want to have the car shipped, I will help coordinate with the shipper of your choice. The full purchase price must be paid by certified funds before the car is shipped or delivered. I'm very reasonable and willing to work with you. If you want to fly in and drive home, I can pick you up in Chicago (Midway or O'Hare) or Indianapolis. This car is being sold with the existing warranties as described above. I will require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of purchase and would like to complete the sale within 7 days. The deposit will be refunded ONLY if I have misrepresented the car in some way. I am flexible and willing to work with you on completing the sale, but I don't want to drag it out any longer than necessary.
