IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN THE TRUCK, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MAKE AN OFFER. WE NEED THE ROOM. We bought this truck as it is to restore but we hit a life snag and lost our shop. Always wanted a High Boy. The 73 High boy is the best looking truck Ford ever built. With a little work this could easily be the best looking truck in town. The body is pretty darn straight. Other than a couple very minor dings this is a very straight body. Could be ready for paint in a day. Has all original sheet metal with the exception of the tailgate. The only rust is in the front of the bed floor where a fuel tanks was. There is some surface rust on the truck where we started taking down the paint. But no real rust at all. The front seat has been replaced with a later one but the original seat goes with it. Windows roll up and down easy as they should. Strong running 360 motor. It is the original engine. Looks clean. Definately needs a carb. Very hard to start. Until the carb is worked on this should be considered a non-running truck. Switched from two barrel manifold and carb to 4 barrel set up. The original manifold and carb are included. I was going to put them back on for the sake of being an original truck. Plus that 4 barrel carb needs work. Trans and transfer case is solid. Divorced transfer case. Four wheel drive works good. Brakes are solid as well. This is a perfect truck for restoration. We have all the trim and the front bumper as well.
