I'm confident you won't find a better sorted K12!The bike has a transferable extended warranty which is good through 4/8/2015 (unlimited miles). The bike has been well serviced at BMW dealerships only and I have all records. The bike was given the full service (valve adjustment included) on April 5th, 2014. This service also included a brand new clutch and a few other things. The bike is absolutely ready to cruise across the country, nothing is needed!Common K12 issues which have been replaced in the past 6 months: ABS pump, timing chain tensioner, cam sprockets, and a number of gaskets. The ABS pump has a factory 2 year warranty for the part as well from BMW.The bike has a few minor scratches, it's never been crashed. The previous owner dropped it in the driveway. The minor scratches are on the edge of the fairing, not the center portion. There are a few other minor scratches as well but the bike looks great overall. I attempted to detail these in the photographs below. It has always been garaged.Options: ESA, cruise control, heated seats and grips, adjustable windshield, on board computer, ABS, adjustable bars and seat height. It also has the factory (keyed with ignition) side cases and top box!! These are thousands to purchase and the top case fits 2 helmets! Everything works properly.Extras: Rack for the luggage when off the bike. Z-technik V-stream windshield. Bill Mayer Saddles seat's (comfy and heated)! Techspec knee/tank protectors.This bike has all the right extras and the piece of mind of being well serviced with a warranty. It needs nothing but a new home. I'm available for questions or to show the bike to prospective buyers/bidders. No test rides without cash in hand. Buyer/Bidder pays the $40 transfer fee on the extended service contract.Clear/clean CA title in hand with no liens and registration paid through next year. If you're not local, I'm happy to pick you up at the airport if you wish to fly in and ride home. I wouldn't hesitate to take this bike from coast to coast (but that will be your trip to enjoy, not mine).
