This very unique truck was purchased just after WWII by The Krebs Greenhouse to deliver their flowers. It was used until 1976 and then parked in a shed behind the greenhouse and forgotten. Until I bought it from the Krebs family estate. I am the second owner of this amazing truck. This model is the most sought after by collectors because of the round back design and a lift up rear door. This truck even has the original, but some what faded paint and lettering. The odometer shows every single one of the 43,499 Original Miles that the Krebs Family put on it. It has not been run for years, but it was driven into the shed where it spent the last 38 years. After a little coaxing, marvel Mystery Oil, a new Battery, and fresh Gas it started right up and runs amazingly well. Video of it running is available. It has two dealer installed options which are a gas heater and a spotlight. Dusty, but clean interior. Has some very minor areas of rust along the bottom edges but no rust in structural areas. You can actually scrap of undercoating from surfaces under this truck and find shiny metal! All Lights and gauges work as they should even the horn blows. All glass is in great condition as well as rubber is pretty decent as well. Both sliding doors open and close as they should as well as the rear roll up door. Here is the cool part .. the truck drives! Trans, Clutch operate as they should. Brakes are still a question after sitting so long but we are working on that and might have an update before end of auction. The stats are pretty amazing 15 Feet from bumper to bumper, 102" wheelbase, 16" wheels are 5 lug 4.5 inch bolt pattern, and will fit in an 8 foot Garage door. For you hot rodders… This truck has the perfect patina for that scuff and satin clear finish! Also there is a mustangII front suspension kit available for it through Fat Man. Rear is leaf spring suspension so it also is easily up dateable if you desire. I have the original tatered owners manual and Gas heater operation Manual. I have placed a fair reserve on this truck and I do have the truck for sale Locally. It could be sold at any time up to the time it hits the reserve, once it hits the reserve it will be sold only to the highest bidder. I will assist in loading the truck.
