I first learned to ride a Honda Trail 90 back in the 70's. I was so impressed, that I decided back then to work for that company. Now with 30 years at Honda R&D, this simple Trail 90 is what started it all for me. Now I am selling this one because it is time. It works great and I have replaced some items that needed it. Miles are not accurate, but after replacing broken speedo cable the odometer and speedo work perfectly. The top end was rebuilt last year with new piston, valves, carb and muffler. Everything works and still starts right up. This has the rear luggage rack but with the added rear seat and rear footpegs ( hard to find ). Mirrors are the worst thing on the bike and are slightly rusted, but easy to get new ones if needed. Tires are in good shape. California bike, means no major rust and in good shape. This is not showroom condition, but a good running bike. I would say in better shape than most! Handle bars can fold down which makes it easier to transport. It is very impressive the climbing capability of the dual range transmission. Top speed is around 45 mph so you can't go on the freeway! These bikes are great and just seem to last forever. You can still get parts for this almost 45 year old machine! That famous Honda step through frame is still being made all over the world, so parts are easy to find if you even need them. the DMV tags are expired a couple years ago, so you will need to update. I have pink slip and last DMV registration. See if it brings a smile to your face when you ride it, like it still does to mine.
