800x600 This is a bike that was purchased by a customer of ours who decided it was more of a project than he wanted to take on. The engine was reported to have been rebuilt. We checked the compression with dry cylinders and got a reading of 120 psi on both sides. With oil and some break-in time this should only get better. The magneto produced a bright blue spark at both plugs, but needs a wire end terminal on one side. The engine is also equipped with a generator (not tested). To finish this bike you will need as a minimum a wiring harness, oil lines, custom brackets and fasteners. If it is not shown in the pictures we don’t have it. Some items shown will likely require some rework. The foot pegs are too short to clear the primary. The rear brake pedal is theoretically workable, but should be returned to its original mount. The part of the engine case that mounts the magneto has a crack in it that will require welding. (It looks like this can be done without removing the engine) There is no primary cover as it was intended to run without one.
