I have a 1998 eclipse gst for sale with 108k miles. It has a very clean body for the year. It doesn't have the rusty strut towers that you commonly see on these cars, also has never been repainted to my knowledge. It drives and brakes straight at highway speeds, and has a clear title. It does need some mechanical work, so i would recommend if your interested to have some experience with working on cars, ideally with dsm's. The bottom end of the motor (pistons, crank, oil pump, ect.) are from a first generation eclipse (4g63) because the crank is stronger. Also the turbo, and intake manifold are from a first gen. for better performance. The top end of the motor is original with the car as well as the ecu and manual trans. It also has a after market clutch and a light weight flywheel. The intake tube and air filter are aftermarket parts by Ingen, the radio is currently out but has a harness for an aftermarket cd/radio. (i have a brand new cd player to go with the car unless the buyer doesnt need/want it) The problem is it has an oil leak that needs fixed because it drips onto the exhaust and smokes horrible once its warmed up. I believe that it is leaking from the oil pan gasket and/or the oil cooler line to the turbo. The rear tires also need replaced considering they only hold air for a few days but would be fine to tow to the buyers destination. The motor does start up fine so it can easily be loaded on a trailer as well.
