RELIABLE DAILY DRIVER! 1986 Suzuki Intruder VS700. That's right, 1986. A real classic bike. LOW MILEAGE! Only 10,553 miles. BEAUTIFUL! Color is custom burgundy candy - the tank sparkles in the sun. LOUD! Jardine exhaust makes sure they hear you coming. RELIABLE! Starts right up on the coldest day. QUICK! Dyno tuned this time last year. RUNS GREAT, SOUNDS GREAT, LOOKS GREAT! Hydraulic clutch works fine, 5-speed transmission shifts smoothly. Strong front brake (rear is weak, see Condition Description above). Wrapped pipes, blacked-out wheels, grille, swingarm & engine. Leather old-school saddlebags with Intruder badges on them. Oversized black ape-hangers. Relocated ignition, starter, headlight and accessory switches. New clutch handle & /front brake handle. Stripped of turn signals (rear set included). Side-mount, vertical license plate holder with lights. Great battery, very good tires, good suspension, good seat, solid ride. Straight footpegs. There is an unused accessory switch if you want to put LED lights on it or some other feature. I have had this bike for about two years and spent lots of time tweaking, tuning, fixing, and repairing as much as I could. This bike is eligible for Historic tags in Maryland which means it is exempt from inspection. PROBLEMS: See details in "Condition Description" above. I have no problem telling you what is wrong with this bike - sure, it's not perfect but for a 28 year old bike it is in fantastic condition (in my opinion) and has LOTS of personality!
