I have decided to sell my project 78 MII. The car is a rust free California car with no bondo that I stripped to bare metal and painted, but I missed a couple areas in my prep work and the paint has small paint bubbles in areas. The car was running when I removed the intake and car to replace with a new Offenhauser intake, rejetted Holly 390cfm carb and new Hooker Super Competition Headers. Unfortunately I have no time and will sell the car as is. I have replaced all the front and rear suspension and brakes, New Firestone 14x225 60 series tires on 14" slotted aluminum rims. The rear hatch was badly rusted and I repaired it but it did not turn out so I will include a perfect rust free hatch. The interior is all new with new factory correct upholstery, new carpeting, rear hatch panels are in excellent shape, there are no cracks in the dash or armrest, and the headliner has been removed. I replaced all the T top weatherstripping along with all new door weather stripping and a brand new Targa band. The transmission was also rebuilt 3k miles ago. I have all the original parts that I removed from the car(intake, Carb, AC system....ect). The car also has the front and rear spoilers along with the original hood scoop. All the performance goodies in the pictures ARE included in the sale but are not installed, I just placed them for pictures. Everything for one price, I would prefer not to seperate the performance parts unless someone is interested in just the car. I am moving and will not be able to take the vehicle. I have over 6k invested but need to sell so if anyone is interested please text or respond to this ad.
