You are bidding on a 1984 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista. It has a 305 ci V8 5.0L. It is the original engine. New valve covers were put on about 5 years ago. Rear brake lines were repaired in 2010 but more work is needed on the remaining sections. It has a 4 bbl carburetor with electronic choke. It has a turbo 350 transmission with 3 speeds. Should do 85-90 without any trouble. Suspension parts were updated with Moog center-link and new pitman arm and tie-rods. Rotors should be in good shape. They were replaced about 5-6 years ago. Other updates include:-Steering box rebuild with new seals-power steering pump replaced-replaced turn signal/cruise/wiper controls-both rear brake drum cylinder/actuator with new springs and shoes-Valve covers/gaskets Needs restoring and some body work. Had ordered a few parts from honest charleys and OPGI. Would make a good project. Frame is in decent shape. Ball joints may need replacing. Needs interior work done. Dash is in decent shape save a few cracks around speakers. Driver seat is torn and adjustment cable is broken. Passenger seat in good shape with good material. Needs some TLC and I have neither the time or money to devote to getting in back in tip-top shape. I do not have a reserve, and all pick-up arrangements must be made by buyer. It is not licensed and is not drivable over long distances as it stands. Sold as is. I have listed as many updates, and problems I can about the car to give you as much information as possible. I'm not 100% sure on everything but I'll give you all the paperwork I can find on repairs/tune-ups.
