For sale is my 1970 Volkswagen Transporter type 28 bus. It was bought new in 1970 at Bill Stallard VW in Odesa Texas and lived its life here in southeast New Mexico. It runs and drives great. It also looks great. It is in its original condition other than a aftermarket stereo and speaker that are mounted so they can be removed with no damage to the bus. The original AM stereo is still in it. The original motor and transmission is still in it also. All the Vin plates match too. As far as the negatives go there is one bad place on the front of the vehicle that needs to be addressed and I included a picture. Also the middle seat is not mounted but is there. There are also a couple of bad spots on the seats that need attention also. There are covers on the front seats but are in pretty good shape underneath. There are a few small rust spots but are very small. Considering the part of the country we are in there should much at all. I am not the original owner but I do live in the same town. I have also included many pictures but if you need a picture of something I missed or just have a question don't hesitate to call or email me. I think if your into these classics you wont be unhappy with this purchase. Everywhere I drive it people want to talk about if or just give me the thumbs up. Its really a lot of fun.
