This is a beautiful 1977 International Harvester Scout II. This truck gets tons of attention. The truck was professionally restored 4 years ago by Anything Scout of California. You can take this truck to the car shows on Sundays or drive it cross country, everything works with no problems. The 4 wheel drive works great and the transfer case shifts in and out of 4 wheel smoothly. It has the original 345 V8 with 30,450 miles on the rebuild. It has a 4 speed transmission with 3.73 gear ratio. It starts right up and runs strong. I have recently put some new upgraded parts in. New parts include, a new upgraded DUI electronic distributor, new polyurethane fuel tank, new Thermostat, new starter motor and solenoid, new fuel filters, new muffler and exhaust, a new straight steer bar and castor correctors. The truck drives smooth and tracks straight down the road. The entire brake system was done only a year ago with new lines, a new break booster, rotors, calipers, pads and shoes. The springs were rearced and rebuilt about a year ago. I just did a full tune up, flushed all the fluids, new plugs and timing. Interior is in excellent condition, with a full carpet kit and mats. A new radio with ipod jack attachment and a retro sound dual voice coil speaker was recently installed. New wiper kit and wiper blades. There was a tear in the fabric of the front seat that was repaired, and the back seat looks brand new. The truck has a spot on the tail gate about the size of a nickel starting to bubble and two spots were the paint cracked also on the tailgate. it has a small spot on the passenger side rocker panel that is starting to bubble, a small dent in the drivers side end cap behind the bumper and a scratch on the drivers side quarter panel. There is a small amount of bubbling where the cowl meets the fender on the drivers side that is very minor, i will try to show all the best i can in the pictures. All the floors are solid with no rust. Truck comes with complete shop services manual. This is a very solid, strong running truck. I have seen similar trucks go for much more than what I am asking.
