Original 1972 Honda Z600 Coupe. Eastern Washington State car since new. Sold new in Seattle, WA to a Spokane resident and has stayed here ever since. Guy I bought car from purchased it from the local Oldsmobile dealership in 1980 with 50,563 miles. He parked the car in the sheep barn in 1982 with 67,310 miles which is what shows today. Told it ran when he parked it. I purchased the car two years ago. Fixed all the dents and repainted the exterior with single stage acrylic enamel which looks like the original type finish. This car sat for 29 years but the sun did not get to it. Interior looks great with front and rear seats with no tears. Original carpet is worn and could be replaced. I did not attempt to start the car at this time. Does turn over but I have not cleaned out the fuel system except drain the gas that remained in the tank. The brake system needs to be attended to also. Have not acquired the necessary parts to do so. This car appears to be "rust free" and extremely solid and clean. Engine compartment has been cleaned up as well as rims. Glass is all good. The Z600 is extremely rare and to be rust free is a big bonus. Attention to fuel system and brakes is what this car needs to be back on the road. All original jack, tools, owners manual are included with the car. Also have a reprint service manual included for full reference to rebuild. This has the 2 cylinder air cooled 600cc engine with a 4 speed manual transmission. Disc brakes up front and drum on rear. I feel my reserve price is reasonable for such a solid rare car, that still needs a few items to finish. Buyer to pick up locally or arrange transport at buyers expense.
