Odometer shows 30,758 which we believe to be accurate. The Second owner purchased the car in 1994 using it sparingly. I acquired the car as part of a "package-deal." Regrettably, my 6'7" height makes it very difficult for me to get in and out of the car (though the car is surprisingly roomy once you get in). Accordingly, I am offering the car to someone who can appreciate it and fit in it better than I do. We have reviewed the car from top to bottom and have performed the following maintenance: • New Brake Pads all around • New Tires all around • Refurbished wheels • New Clutch Master & Slave Cylinders • All Fluids replaced • Cleaned gas tank • Complete Tune-Up Remaining service needed is replace steering rack bellows and front strut arm bushings - I have purchased the parts, just need to have installed by shop that can also then align the front suspension. The engine is German Ford 2.8 liter with Bosh fuel injection. These engines are well known for their reliability. The car does not leak or smoke and the engine is smooth and runs well through the full range of acceleration. The original black paint is in very presentable condition - it should be buffed-out to remove car wash scratches. As the body is fiberglass, there is of course no rust or corrosion issues. There are a couple of typical fiberglass stress cracks. The chassis is rust-free and there is no indication of any corrosion on any of the metal parts of the drive train. The rubber insert in the rear bumper should be replaced as the steel backing of this trim is separating from the rubber. The interior is in very good condition with no rips or tears. The leather is soft. The original top is in good condition however, the rear window is pretty cloudy (I can arrange to have this replaced if desired). We are located close to O-Hare airport - I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. Cruise Control was not available for this model of car. I am not sure why it showed up on the listing as an option and I am not able to remove it since there are already bids on the vehicle. Sorry for this confusion. Also; several people have asked me about a Buy-It-Now opportunity. I originally had a Buy-It-Now of $8,900 on the car - I guess that once bids were placed, the Buy-It-Now went away on E-Bay. I will honor the Buy-It-Now if interested.
