Less than 500 of these Callaway Twin Turbo Corvettes were made from 1987-1991. It was the only car Chevrolet used an outside tuner to make a modification offered as a factory option(RPO). The car is in excellent condition with only 5,331 miles. It is number 15 of 58 built in 1990. It produces 390HP and an astounding 562 ft. lbs. of torque. The B2K option cost almost as the car itself. This car has the Aero Body option which was an expensive option and distinguishes the car even more. I have documentation of the car shipping from the Bowling Green factory to Callaway and then from Callaway to Purifoy Chevrolet in Lupton Colo. I also have documentation from the original owner all the way to myself. I have personally spoken with Reeves Callaway and they have notes on the car as well. The car was originally owned by a Judge and his wife who were convicted of tax fraud and fled to the Caymans and were ultimately apprehended in Canada where he was brought to Denver to stand trial. He was ordered to pay back 14 million dollars. I have had the car a little over a year. I have cleaned the injectors, converted the air conditioning, and flushed the cooling system. The car runs exactly as it should. It is very strong and pulls amazing hard, especially in 2nd,3rd and 4th gears where you really feel the torque. I had planned to keep the car as an investment, but have decided to get back into racing and need room for the new race car. Please don't ask the reserve as it is very reasonable. It is set below the buy it now price.
