2001 bmw 740i odometer: 88000 automatic transmission I am selling my baby. I am the 2nd owner of this classic E38 and have spent the past 2-1/2 years making it as near perfect and reliable as I can. This car looks like new, drives like new and is dependable and exceedingly clean. It has always been adult owned and taken care of. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer E38 with the low miles and service that this one has. Maintenance that has been done: I have replaced the entire cooling system, (wp, rad, fan, clutch, t-stat, expansion tank, etc) rebuilt propshaft, (new guibo, center support bearing, CV, seals) replaced all power steering lines, replaced CPS, replaced 4:3 nav screen with wide screen 16:9 NAV with updated map. Replaced front suspension, engine timing chain tensioner. No rust, one pin size ding on hood, paint is original and a 7 out of 10, (a few small dings and slight scratches, excellent for the age) garage kept and shines like new. Interior is like new, no rips or worn spots in leather, dash is like new, no fading, carpet is clean. Car has a few nice options, TPMS, active comfort seats with articulating support and massage feature. IR coated windshield with rain sensing wipers. The list of features is more than there is room to list. Avg's 27 mpg on hwy. immaculate German luxury car in pristine condition. There are plenty of these cars that have been trashed out and sell for dirt cheap, this one has not been trashed out and looks as beautiful as it runs.
