After nearly ten years of owning it, I'm selling my Matrix because I simply have no need for a car anymore. It runs perfectly well and has never had any major mechanical issues in it's entire life. There are a few cosmetic flaws to the exterior some more severe than others, but the car is being sold AS IS. I am the second owner of this car. The CARFAX says three owners, but I changed registrations from NJ to MA a few years back when I moved. It's been incredibly dependable and has received all it's regular scheduled maintenance, oil changes, etc. I had an aftermarket stereo installed when I got it. This was to replace the aftermarket stereo that was in it when I bought it. The system wasn't really installed in an ideal fashion, but the equipment is very good and with a bit of work and better placement of the components, it can be a beastly system. The CARFAX lists a manufacturer recall on it, but this has just recently been taken care of and likely did not reach CARFAX by the time I requested the report. It had several other recent repairs that also are not on the report, but I have the documentation to verify them if you're interested.
