Bike is near perfect. I have the title in hand. I bought this a few months ago with the intentions of selling my Gsxr 600. It turns out my 600 isn't really worth anything because of the high-mileage. It is too nice to give away and I can't keep both. So, the 1000 is up for sale. It has around 3500 miles. There are a few tasteful upgrades on the bike: Carbon fiber Yoshimura slip-on exhaust, Hot-bodies flush-mount undertail kit, aftermarket adjustable front brake lever and clutch, Puig double bubble wind screen, slider, spools, seat cover, rear cowel, etc. This bike is by far the best looking bike (in my opinion) I have ever seen. It is super fast and needs an expirienced rider. I take very good care of everything I own. I am the second owner of this bike but only have a few hundred miles on it. This is the real deal, no story or issues with the bike. I have two gsxr's for sale, but am selling whichever sells first and keeping the other one.
