★ ★ ★ ★ 1986 TOYOTA 4 X 4 ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one sweet truck, possibly one of the best ever made by Toyota. This is a standard cab short bed 4 x 4 with the solid front axle. 5 speed standard transmission with the bullet proof 22 R 4-cyl motor and it gets 25 mpg. The truck has 245,000 miles on it. The motor was rebuilt at 197,000 so only 47,000 on the motor, 4 x 4 works perfectly. This truck has given us many years of great use, we have towed it all over the country with our RV so we could have reliable transportation while on vacation. I cant really say how many miles were from towing, but at least 10,000 since the rebuild. The tow bar is included. The truck looks great for 28 years old, I had it painted a few years ago and it has some chips, scratches and dings but still shines up real nice. We took great care of this truck and it shows. PROS Rebuilt Motor New Carb New Starter Newer Battery cables Less than 2000 on tires Tires 31 x 10.5 x 15 New radio w/CD player New Carpet New seat CONS Cold Blooded, but runs great once warmed up A/C all there and works but doesnt blow cold, never need it. Wind shield fluid doesnt pump, wipers do work Crack in wind shield, repaired by chip doctor. I will let the pictures do the talking
