Barn Find This 1946 Willy's Jeep is a well preserved time capsule, and there should be no problem bringing it back to life. It has a 327 with aluminum intake and camel bump heads, a V8, a cool Jerry can rack and tire carrier, high back buckets, automatic transmission, a removable tow bar, a front windshield that smoothly tilts, a spare tire rack, and locking hubs. The body and the floors are solid and there is only a small amount of rust on the driver's side, which is an easy repair. It was sitting at a widow's house, and it was running until her husband passed away and it sat since. It comes from the dry climate in California so the body is very good. Not rusted out like 99.9% of them are. This is an While driving down a street, we spotted an old dusty willy's jeep. It belonged to a widow's husband and was sitting for many years collecting dust near the back of her house. We were told that the jeep was running until he passed and it sat since 2010.
