1937 Plymouth Coupe. 1959 Corvette 283 V8. 350 Turbo Transmission.10 bolt GM rear end. Front suspension Speedway Motors Mustang 2 kit. Chris Alston ladder bar & coil over mounts. 16 gal fuel cell with GM sending unit, braided steel lines, electric Summit fuel pump & fuel filter. Steering is Speedway Motors steering column kit with new u-joints and anti-vibration damper. Have new wiring harness not completely installed. No interior or glass. Vehicle located in Des Moines, IA. It was purchased by his grandfather around 1960 as a stock business coupe and has been in the family since then. Titled as a 1940 Plymouth ser. # 11118007. Am trying to find the original date that Scott's grandfather got the title.On Dec-13-13 at 10:41:39 PST, seller added the following information: OK, they gave me the wrong date, also. I now have a copy of the title issued on 05-02-74. I am trying to research a little further back.On Dec-13-13 at 12:36:03 PST, seller added the following information: Polk county, IA saved records do not go back any further. Scott's grandfather bought the car out of a salvage yard and put it together with other pieces. The title copy I have is the one the salvage yard gave him.
