Up for bid is a 83 280Zx non turbo, 5 speed, runs well, drives well, very reliable. Adult owned car. My 60 year old mother was driving it for 2 weeks while her Buick was in the shop, its that sound. Fly in and drive home without worry. Most of these are weekend hobby cars and are not daily driver quality. It is a very nice southern car, presents itself well, the paint is nice but not perfect, the dash is not cracked, seats and carpets show wear but are still pretty good, no major flaws. A couple of the rear interior panels need the vinyl re-glued. A/C works, along with power windows, locks and mirrors. It does have some minor issues such as, the hatch release inside was unhooked, so you must open with key, power locks will not unlock automatically, pass side window switch does not work, and the power antenna sometimes has to be put down manually. Clock will not set. Requires a little pumping of gas for cold start. Its a 30 year old used car, its not perfect. Car still has factory uninflated spare with full inflation can, t top shades and bags, cd player installed, clutch about a year old, paint about 2 years old, very good tires, runs like a top. The car had the engine replaced with a takeout from a wreck. The engine milage is 72,000. The original engine, along with accessories, is included. That means alternator, starter, a/c compressor, clutch fan, all that and some more I would have to look. If the winning bidder does not want the original engine, I will dispose of it. This would be a great father son- first car project for someone. A classic sports car, and they are only getting more difficult to find in good condition.
