Vehicle Detail
I am the 2nd Owner of the motorcycle. It was originally purchased from the dealer floor for $7,500.00 in February of 2009 by the 1st Owner. He only put several weekends worth of riding on the bike and eventually traded it back into the original dealership because it was "too much (speed)" for him. He traded it to the dealer with 530 miles on the motorcycle. It wasn't even properly broken in. I am the 2nd Owner of the motorcycle and I bought it from the dealership where it was originally sold. I rode the bike on and off when I could while in the military. Oversees deployment kept me apart from my bike and I accumulated several thousand miles between assignments. The motorcycle has always been properly stored in a climate controlled residential garage. I have replaced several items on the bike to make it more streamline and to give it that custom look. The new parts include: a Carbon Fiber Delkevic Exhaust (is resonates a deep throaty sound), Carbon Fiber LED tail lights, Small Arrow Turn Signals, Carbon Fiber Brake and Clutch Levers, a Clear Tank Guard, Carbon Fiber Body Sliders, Spool Sliders. I also had the rear tail section removed for that "up-swept" look. Proper maintenance has been done at the original Suzuki Dealership. I replaced the battery last year and a battery tender is included with the bike. The motorcycle is very fast for its size but it has never been abused or raced. The bike itself is nearly flawless.....just check out the photos. I have always been in the habit of detailing the motorcycle before and after I go riding and because of that, it still looks new. It does have a few light shallow scratches on the very bottom of the lower front fairing from road debris. The scratches are not visible unless you get underneath the bike. However there is a small (quarter sized) shallow dent on the left side of the gas tank. It was there when I purchased the bike. According to the dealership, the 1st owner was riding parallel to a golf driving range when an arrant ball bounced off of the roadway and struck the tank. The damage is not visible unless you are standing next to the bike. It would be a fairly easily repair by a competent dent less paint repairman (DPR). I always meant to have the dent popped but because of my chaotic military schedule, it unfortunately never happened. Please check out my photos. They are a very accurate depiction of the cleanliness and look of the motorcycle. I can provide additional photos and/or videos if you're interested.....just contact me.
