Single owner, all original sheetmetal and glass, some custom modifications. Never wrecked, This is a California vehicle, absolutely no rust. 1 of 6,200 original big window Custom Cab pick-ups built by Ford in 1956. The engine, transmission, and brakes were replaced using the running gear from a 1958 Lincoln Continental, 430cid. Power steering was added using a Saginaw gearbox from a Cadillac Sedan de Ville. The grille was built using steel tubing, tail lamps are from a 1963 Dodge Polara sedan. Custom modifications were done by my Dad, who purchased the truck new. He passed away several tears ago and I am selling the truck for my Mother. This truck was a daily driver until it was parked in a garage on jack stands due to stress cracks found in the frame near the power steering gearbox. It has been garaged for the past 38 years! The upholstery is OK but the seat foam has deteriorated and turning into dust.
