Up for auction is a Mk1 Spit that has all the rare MK1 parts still intact. The car can be driven with some minor engine work. Carbs need tuning and fixing up but it the engine does run. Currently running rich. Transmission shifts and brakes work as well as all lights / horn etc. So with some work and a new battery this car could be put on the road and driven or it can be restored over the winter. The car looks great from 10 feet but does have the typical areas starting to appear via bubbling in the paint. Floors are solid but replaced before me via flat sheet. Outriggers and frame seem to be fine. Hardtop { rare } is original. fits fine and has an excellent headliner. Gauges all work fine. Let me know if you want specific pics taken and I will do my best.
