Here we have a barn fresh BMW (Last driven/licensed in 2005) The color currently is the classic Alpen Weiss, but was originally the Inka Orange. The car was originally from California, but came to the Midwest in the late 80's with it's current owner. Even though the car hasn't regularly in a long while, but we got it running in short order. I drove the car on the back highways to my home 35 miles at 55-60 miles an hour. I think it runs great, it does need some work of course, but I was really impressed. It starts up immediately, but there is a weeping at the top of the radiator, also the transmission seems alright although the linkage is weird/loose. The body is in need of some help, the rocker panels as you can see from the photos are pretty much shot, but the floor pans are surprisingly solid looking. The rear passenger fender and door is rough. The interior is overall solid but the front seats could use a covering and the dash is cracked. Over all this car is would be a good candidate for restoration, or at least a good parts car.
