Vehicle Detail

I have decided to sell my 1967 Camaro Coupe as I lost my winter storage and actually the car is too fast for a person too old to be a baby boomer (me). A little history on the car. It was owned by an elderly friend of mine (well into his 80's now) He had it built many years ago and it has spent most of the time in his heated garage except to get the oil changed or take it to a cruise in. He says the mileage is original but I cannot verify this any other way. I do know that between the two of us it has gone around 400 miles since 2006. It was built like you had scads of money (he does) in the 70's and wanted the fastest car in town. I am not new to Ebay by any means but this is my first attempt at listing a car so I am sure I will forget something. ENGINE: Period correct, professionally built 427 Big Block bored .030 over, decked .007, High lift cam, roller rockers, Edelbrock manifold, Edelbrock 750 carb, headers, Pertronix distributor pointless ignition with rev limiter. TRANSMISSION: 4 Speed Muncie with Hurst shifter CLUTCH: 11" with less than 200 miles on matched clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, Steel bell housing/scatter shield REAR END: 12 bolt posi, heavy duty sway bar, Traction bars BRAKES: Disk front brakes, drum rears, Electric vacuum pump booster RUNNING GEAR: Has heavy duty front stabilizer bar, rear air shocks, 7" Chevrolet Rally Wheels in front, 8" in the rear. RWL tires with less than 200 miles. Frame has frame ties welded between the front frame and the rear frame section to keep the body from twisting during a hard launch. OTHER STUFF: Car has a battery disconnect switch on the dash, very rare fold down rear seat, spare tire and jack, center console with working guages (except clock), working cowl induction hood, rear spoiler All in all the Camaro is a beautiful car, not perfect but very nice. It is not a Yenko or a Nicki Camaro but it was built along the same lines. It runs down the road at turnpike speeds straight as an arrow with no shimmy or shake. The car idles at around 1000 rpm when it is warmed up and will turn over 7000 rpms ( tried it once, enough for me! ). It has a lot of cam and sounds mean and nasty. For the bad stuff, The horns are there but no honk, same with windshield wipers. There is no warranty on the vehicle, Pick-up/ Shipping is up to the buyer, I would like $1000 via paypal within 24 hours of the auctions end and the balance in cash or certified bank check at the time of pick-up. Full payment within 7 days but I can hold the car for a while. PLEASE ask questions before bidding or making an offer as I value my feedback and want you to be happy with your purchase.
