For sale we have a 1 Owner 2002 HONDA INSIGHT ELECTRIC HYBRID. This 1st generation honda's are the best Hybrids out there. Their known to get up to 70 mpg! This Insight features the 1.0L L3 engine. The engine fires right up and it sounds healthy like a hybrid should. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly thru out all the gears and the clutch grabs strong. The 12V battery is new and the main drive battery is charging 200% as it should with no problems. The car is equipped with factory a/c and after market cd player. The tires have plenty of tread and they are the Bridgestone Potenza's that are supposed to be in the Insight for a better fuel mileage. The outside body of this car is made out of aluminum so it will never rust out, the body does have nicks,marks,scratchs and chip rocks. The interior is all in its place and the driver's side seat has a small tear. The interior will need a good detail. The car runs and drives very good down the road and it handles great even at high speeds. There are no check engine lights on dash no service reminders no stories! Non-CT Residents : Once we received signed documents and full payment the vehicle is available to be picked up or transported. If you are paying by Cashiers Check, we will release the vehicle and a copy of the title that day; however we will hold the title 10 working days.
