Up for bid is a 1995 Buick Roadmaster Limited Estate Wagon with 162k three owner miles. Lifelong southern Alabama-Charlotte NC car with zero body rust and near immaculate undercarriage. Loaded up with power everything and everything works. Boasting GM's Corvette inspired multiport injected 5.7L LT1 V8 engine and 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission, she puts down plenty of power and the 2.93 limited slip rear end (GW9 and G80 build codes) maximize traction to the pavement. Trailer preparation "tow package" equipped - car rated to pull 5000 but NEVER had a hitch (despite trailer prep name, these did not come from the factory with hitches.) Pleasant after 6:30 pm weekdays or any time weekends by appointment. Condition Report ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature. Newer battery & good charging system. Starts easy and runs strong. TRANSMISSION: Performs beautifully. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors. Shifts perfectly. EXTERIOR: Body: Body is very straight with no major dings. NO body rust, no rust repair. Above average body. Paint: Paint is very nice and shiny - no fading or issues beyond a few minor light scratches consistent with age but still above average. Other: Lower stainless bright trim is nice with only a couple minor door dings. Front bumper bright trim has a few small dings. Rubber side trim is all present. Glass is good with one very small rock chip in the windshield. Undercarriage is darn near spotless - see the pics. Underhood sheet metal, tailgate sill and right front door jamb have zero rust of bubbles seen in pics. Aluminum wheels are in great shape. INTERIOR: Interior of the car is in exceptionally nice shape. The only complaint beyond light normal wear is a patched tear on the driver's seat as seen in pics. Otherwise, interior shows more like a car with 60k than 160k. Carpets are nice and clean with only minor stains, dash has no cracks, door panels are in grear shape. Other seats are without rips or stains. Headliner is in great shape. Steering wheel is in nice shape. Very minor carpet wear on driver's side as is common on these from having to mash the carpet when you set the parking brake. No smoke odors - non-smoker's car. Very nice interior overall; well above average. ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, horn, wipers, etc.) All the power stuff works properly except the delayed interior illumination - normally the interior lights stay on for 30 seconds unless you turn the key on to start the car. Due to whoever wired the alarm system, the interior lights stay on for 30 seconds even after you start the car. Other than that, ALL the electronics work properly, including power windows, power locks, dual power heated seats with power recliners, hot heat and cold A/C, tilt, cruise, am/fm stereo cassette, power antenna, rear window release, rear wiper, keyless entry, twilight sentinel, intermittent wipers, and rear defroster. DRIVEABILITY: Drives out beautifully. Steering is tight, suspension is tight and alignment is good. Lots of newer front end and brake parts. Brakes work well with good linings. Tires have about 80% tread remaining on a matched set of good quality radials. Solid, quiet exhaust with no leaks. Limited slip works properly and rear end is quiet. Check engine light is not lit (except at start up as it should.) No driveability complaints - jump in and drive anywhere - GREAT driving car.
