Up for sale is a 1997 Honda CBR600F3. I purchased the bike back in 2000 on a salvage title with approximately 6,000 miles on it. It now has approximately 27,881 miles and is still running strong. At around 18,000 miles the sprockets, chain, and tires were all replaced at MRP Motorsports. Within the last thousand miles or so I replaced the rear brake pads so they are almost brand new. Cosmetically, many of the body panels have some road rash, scratches, chips, etc. This was after all a salvage. But, from an operational standpoint everything is in good working order. All of the lights as well as the dash are working. This was my first motorcycle that I learned to ride on and I think it would be perfect for another new rider to start on. Also, I have for sale with the bike the owner's manual, service manual, and a Vortex rear wheel stand that I have used exclusively with this motorcycle, primarily to lube the chain. For anyone local to the Sykesville, Maryland, area I will be happy to show you the bike. Also, if the winning bidder is within 30 miles or so of me I can ride the bike to your location as I still have plates and do ride this bike periodically.
