Read Completely Before Bidding or Call Me with any questions. I purchased the vehicle from a friend as a favor. His sister has cancer and needed to sell. E-bay sob story but sadly true. In my description, I've tried to be as honest as possible and be as descriptive as I can. Description: - 1987 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 (Last year of FJ60 with round headlights) - 175,000 miles. - Unmolested, All Original. All original tags, stickers & markings. - Engine: 4.2 liter OHV inline 6 cyl., carbureted, 135 horsepower. It saddens me deeply to say I can’t get it running. It has been sitting for about 18 months. Prior owner started on it but didn’t finish, gas tank is off, was in the process of flushing the fuel system. Brand new NGK-R plugs with NGK wires, new distributor. K&N air filter. Doesn’t leak a drop. New fan & fan clutch. - Transmission & Four Wheel Drive: 4-speed manual appears good, shifts and engages properly. Four wheel drive engages properly. Clutch has lots of life and grabs where it should. I towed the vehicle & checked these items. - Tires: BRAND NEW, including matching full size spare. BF Goodrich All-Terrain 31x10.5R15 - Brakes: Front are all brand new - pads and rotors. The rotors are high performance, floating style. - Interior: Immaculate Excellent Condition! Except for the left size vinyl of the driver’s seat, there is not a rip or crack in the whole interior. Headliner perfect. - Window & Glass: All glass is good & clear, manual windows work and close straight & tight. - Accessories: When key is on, all work expect radio. Lights, wipers (front & rear), gauges, interior lights, headlight spayers, rear defrost, horn, etc…all good. The key requires a slight giggle in the ignition, works perfectly in the doors. - Body & Frame: VERY STRAIGHT. I’ve restored 2 old cars; I know what I’m talking about, I wish the doors on my ’75 Buick convertible closed as straight as this Land Cruiser. For its age and compared to others I’ve seen, the rust is very minimal, nothing all the way through, no holes. No accidents, no bondo, never been patched, paint is all original and presents very nice. The frame and under carriage look very good, normal surface wear. Except for a small area around the rear tail lights there in NO DAMAGE. I can’t even find a door ding or a rock chip on the hood. Doors & tailgate open & close laser straight, all locks work. All doors, hood, fender, tailgate, grill, etc…line up perfectly. A lot of the weather stripping appears to have been recently replaced. When I washed it, not a drip of water on the interior. Needs new tail light lenses. Bumpers perfectly straight, chrome looks good, missing tips. - Suspension: Suspension is good, no cracked springs, no sagging. The steering feels tight, no play. Appears to have some new front-end parts. - All original jack & equipment.- Air Conditioning: Prior owner stated the compressor was recently replaced and was blowing cold. Everything is intact, tight and where it should be. - Interior detailed, engine compartment detailed, under carriage pressure washed. It’s truly a very clean vehicle. Other: - Location: 2200 S.
