J10 Full Size Jeep pickup truck. Clear title, no modifications. I planned on a complete restoration of this Jeep, please review pictures. This truck has been soda blasted and primed, sheet metal repairs with no bondo. Most of the frame and any rust spots were glass blasted and hard shell coated. The rear fiberglass fenders have been repaired and primed installed with new hardware. Steel towing bumper on the rear. Please see pictures at this link: http://s1299.photobucket.com/user/tazldr/library/?sort=9&page=1 (If link does not work copy and paste into browser address bar or email me) Engine: 258 Inline 6 cylinder, 2BBL Carburetor (may be original, I recommend an overhaul or replace, has low oil pressure and some blow by, still gets up to 75 MPH and does not smoke) Transmission: 5 Speed Manual (works fine, I have a new clutch w/clutch plate in box) Wheels: 6 lug steel, (Aluminum alloy turbine style will not be included in the sale of this truck) Tires: 31 x 10.50 R15 Front and rear axles are stock 6 lug axles and the rear has helper springs. Bumpers: Front-Chrome / Rear-Black Steel heavy duty for towing Winch: Warn 8,000 lbs with cable remote and cover Shock absorbers: Front-Double Shocks / Rear - Single Shock (have new shocks for rear) Gas Tank: Has double tank filler necks (one each side) only driver side tank is installed. (have a better tank skid plate to replace the original with rusted corner) Original style AMC Jeep steering wheel Like I stated before, there is no bondo on this truck. I had it stripped and primed to stop any rust and to preserve it. I placed it in storage, regularly warmed it up and did not wash until now so that I could take photos of it. There are some spots that will need some body work to make it show quality, else this Jeep will look good with just a couple of coats of paint. Maybe, I have not driven this truck out during a rainy day. It has been in a storage unit for the last 1-1/2 years and I am certain the window and door seals are original. I do have other photos, to include the sheet metal repairs done. Will it drive? YES, I've taken it out regularly and has good compression. I can not guarantee that it will do good on a long trip without thoroughly going through it. Being that it is primed, i can only recommend buyer transport it on trailer with a cover. How many previous owners? Unknown, at least 3. I know the man I bought it from was not the original owner. Is the frame bent? NO I have looked it over, no signs of collisions or damage. Yes, I have tested and it's my understanding that this model is preferred by some older jeep collectors. Do the off road lights work? No, they are practically new and bolted on but not wired in. This is how it was when I bought it in 2010. Will it come with wheels to move with? Yes, I will most likely install the steel "wagon" wheels on it. What is the oil pressure? Usually around 20 PSI when warm. I was expecting to either overhaul or replace the engine with a V8 or another I6, but wanted to finish the body first.
