This X5 is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned and BMW as a company has outdone themselves. As a second owner I inherited a 100,000 mile extended warranty and had anything and everything replaced that needed replacement. Which was very little. All maintance from the original owner and myself was done at Sears BMW Minnetonka, MN. They have all service records. Recently I've had a new Xenon headlight put in, replaced the left and right CV boots and replaced the rear brakes and rotors. Aside from that please look at the images: Exterior: Some rust on the drivers door (see image) and some chipping on the hood from highway driving (see image). Interior: Almost as perfect as the day it came off the lot, plus I have two sets of floor mats. I added a hitch, but that was only for my bike rack NOT for towing.
