Selling my grandfather's 2001 Dodge Intrepid 2.7L. Vehicle ODO reads 132556, but the engine was replaced 2 years ago with one that had only 15000 miles on it. The new engine has improved bearings installed, due to the common fail rate of the original ones that Dodge used. Currently, the battery is dead, but once jump-started, it runs and drives. It has been sitting for a while, but it does get started and driven on occasion. It has a new radiator, radiator fans, thermostat, overflow reservoir, coolant, radiator cap, and waterpump. It was overheated before installing new engine, and rather than take chances, we installed new cooling parts above. There is still some air in the system (can't figure out how to get it out), so once in a while, the temp rises some. The interior of the car is in pretty good shape. Cloth, powered seats. Power Locks, Power Windows (only the driver's window works currently, I think the child override switch might need replaced), Power steering, Automatic Transmission, Air Conditioning & Heat both work great. Exterior overall is okay, it's got a couple small dents from being driven around town by a senior citizen who couldn't see well. The passenger mirror was knocked off, and is held on with glue. Tires are fairly worn and will need replaced within a few thousand miles. My grandfather is in a nursing home now, and we have no use for the car, so........ bid well, and come get it. Vehicle is sold AS-IS with no warranty or guarantee......I would suggest towing or trailering vehicle if going long distance.
