1999 GMC Yukon Denali 4WD SUV. Original owner - this is a 1 owner vehicle. 5.7L V8 motor with 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. 177,294 miles Four (4) brand new Goodyear tires installed less than 3k miles ago. This vehicle has clean record and has never been involved in an accident. I have a clear FL title in my possession, along with owners manual, window sticker, service receipts, both keyless entry remotes, etc. Runs excellent and drives nearly as new. I have receipts from the local dealer totaling many thousands of dollars spent in repairs and maintenance over the years to keep this truck in prime condition. Every function and switch on the truck works perfectly as it should, including the a/c. On the exterior, this truck is wearing its original factory paint which still shines and looks very good, even up close. There are the usual scratches and little rock chips, but no dings or dents. The one area that could stand to be repainted is the rear bumper which has a couple of deeper scratches. Please see pics for details. The interior is still very presentable, but there are a few items that could be improved. The passenger seat has some cracking and is just beginning to split at the seam nearest the door. Note that the drivers seat was professionally re-covered several years ago and still looks good. In the center console, the armrest has a few tears in it and the folding cupholder assembly for the rear passengers needs repair. The back seat was seldom used and has very little evidence of wear. The overall condition, while not perfect, is definitely better than average for its age. It has been garage kept since new. My reason for selling is that we are down to just one driver in the family and she prefers another smaller vehicle that we own. Vehicle is located in Coral Gables, a suburb of Miami, Florida.
