Thanks for looking at this well used and sadly neglected BMW R75/7. I am the original owner and enjoyed it for many years in the past. This model was only made for 1 year, so it is somewhat of a rarity. But parts are available and it is all there for the most part. It will need a full restoration as it hasn't been operated in about 10 years. The battery is shot and I have not tired to turn it over. It has over 72000 miles and it will need a lot of work, so assume the worst. For what it's worth I did run it dry and put some oil in the spark plug holes when I quit riding it. I also sprayed the entire bike with a light oil. But the paint is faded and chrome is bad. In spite of all this I would hope that there's someone out there with the desire to bring this back to it's former condition. If I had the time and money that's what I would do. I do not want to part this bike out. Please look at the pictures closely and bid accordingly. The picture shows that the headlight trim, lens and side covers are missing. If I find them they will be included. The same for the tool set. The bike will have to be picked up at zip code 60088. Any shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
