You are bidding on a very rare Rickman race bike. This bike was built by me using an original Rickman Brothers frame, modified Trident wheels and a mildly modified Trident race motor. The bottom end is stock with new HC pistons bored .020 over and a fresh cylinder head that has been milled .030. I have just installed new guides. This is a fast and reliable race bike. It could easily be made streetable with the installation of an alternator and lights. I have street bit to go with the bike. The bike is running a three into one pipe with a Supertrapp muffler. I has only been started once since the rebuild. The bodywork is NOS Rickman. The rear wheel is a drilled Trident conical hub with a brand new Excel alloy rim and stainless spokes. The front is a single Trident disk, Excel rim and stainless spokes. I am selling a few bikes to make room for my dream bike. There is NO title. This is a RACE bike. It is NOT street legal. I do have lights and an alternator to go with the bike if someone were so inclined. The upper right rear motor mount has been repaired. When I bought this frame, there was a crack in the mounting tab and I brazed it. This is the only area that the nickel plating is not in nice shape. The rest of the plating is in very nice original condition. The carbs are new Mikunis with a three into one cable. They are properly jetted for this motor. The electrical system is total loss with a Boyer ignition. There is a new battery that sits in the battery box to the rear of the carbs, It is not installed in the pictures. The bike is safety wired and ready to race. It has passed tech inspection. It was raced with the USCRA club. I have a Rickman bikini fairing and correct bracket that will be sold with the bike.
