Vehicle Detail

This bike has been in storage since the 70’s or 80’s. The original owner (elderly) said the bike was running great when he parked it. The engine does turn over and have compression - I have not tried to start it. He *might* be able to find the original title. Frame TS250-2318 Engine TS250-2319 The tank is really cool – no dents, the paint is still a nice color and the decals are all there and look good. It's bone dry and rust-free inside. The side panel is also nice – no dents and the decal looks good. The pipe does not have dents. The bike will sell with an extra exhaust pipe (see photos) that looks like it fits this model too. I washed a bit of the oily grunge off the bike for photos. It looks really intact (missing speedo/tach, tail light housing cracked but bulb ok). The cylinder head is outfitted with compression release. It’s a nice size, both brakes work and I didn’t see any major red flags. Engine case looks good – no chain damage, wheels not bent, and the forks compress and spring nicely. The chrome fenders are straight and the headlight glass/bucket looks solid. This seems like a real neat bike to fix up – certainly there are a lot of great parts on it. I’m selling it with no reserve – would love to see it go to a Suzuki person. Feel free to ask any questions or request more photos. Local buyers are welcome to check out the bike in person – good luck to everyone! The front (trials/dual sport type) has some superficial age cracks and the rear (knobby) looks better, but has one deep crack between a couple knobbies and sidewall. There are keys in the ignition - the key turns free in 3 positions. No word on the title - please just assume it does not have one - I will happily provide a Bill of SaleFeel free to ask any questions and good luck!On Apr-29-13 at 06:15:57 PDT, seller added the following information: I realized I missed a number on the engine and frame serial numbers - here are the correct numbers: Frame TS250-23183 Engine TS250-23196 Sorry 'bout that
