Vehicle Detail
Gorgeous 2007 Audi S8, probably one of the nicest in the country. Daytona Gray with stone gray interior and wood accents (by far the best color combination for the S8). Premium package, Bang & Olufsen sound system, Sirius satellite radio, Audi Music Interface iPod connectivity, navigation, power-assist doors and trunk, heated seats front & rear, power rear sunshade. Only 38k miles. You will not find a nicer S8 in the United States at this price. Original price $105k. Nearly flawless exterior with minimal flaws (only noticeable upon very close scrutiny). Never damaged in any way, no accidents or dings ever. Non-smoker. Interior is virtually new - the leather still smells fresh. No stains or tears or other interior flaws at all. Gorgeous wood trim. Heated seats get so toasty they can be almost too hot! This car is very reliable. All maintenance performed timely by my Audi dealer. Audi replaced the V10 at 20,000 miles (under warranty) due to a "ticking" sound, so this vehicle's V10 has only 18k miles on it! It is rock solid and has remained utterly reliable. Perfect alignment - vehicle tracks straight and true even at 100+ mph. Continental ultra-high performance all-season tires have only about 8,000 miles on them. Includes original window sticker, all maintenance records, books, and original keys, as well as a full set of Audi all-weather floormats. I am a car collector and this is one of my private daily driver vehicles. I am the 2nd owner and have owned this S8 for the past 4 years. I am replacing it with a 2013. If you have not driven a V10 Audi S8, you are missing one of the most visceral experiences you can get in a supersedan. It is by far one of the finest vehicles ever built. The S8 coddles and pampers with a dead-silent interior, double-paned glass, a mind-blowing Bang & Olufsen stereo, plush leather and wood trim, and modern amenities like Bluetooth phone, Sirius satellite radio, navigation, and iPod connectivity. It's like your own private Leer jet. In normal everyday driving the S8 keeps you comfortable and secure, even in the worst snowstorms (thanks to Audi Quattro all-wheel drive). A height-adjustable suspension allows you to raise the car for deep snow, or move to "comfort" mode for an almost-cushy ride. Yet when you are in the mood for a thrill, engage "sport" mode. The suspension moves into "dynamic" setting, lowering and stiffening the shock absorbers. Throttle mapping changes to provide instant torque and mind-warping throttle response. The 450 hp Lamborghini-derived V10 explodes with the most glorious baritone bark you have ever heard. 0-60 comes in 4.9 seconds. Paddle-shifters provide instantaneous shifts. Handling is ultra-precise and flat. This car is a dream on mountain roads. It's a German luxury car, an all-weather supersedan, and a V10-powered sports car all in one. This generation S8 is destined to become a collector's item, with its all-aluminum body and frame and Lamborghini-sourced V10. It is the last of a dying generation of big-engined supersedans. Only about 700 of these cars were imported to the U.S. in 2007 -- this is your chance to own one of the finest examples available. Come to Denver to pick it up and drive it home. I will also assist in shipping if you wish. Either way, I would prefer (but do not insist) that you see this car in person. You will fall in love.
