Vehicle Detail
I'm selling a 1995 International Harvester Low Boy, I have used this truck the last 5 months to start my waste management business and have recently purchase a larger truck. This truck is Ideal and affordable for starting your own Port-Potty business and septic cleaning or for using to take waste oil from restaurants. This truck runs great and I have had no problems with it...comes with a rack in the back to handle two Portable Toilet Units. Just Inspected in December in NY State...One of the toughest States for inspections. Here is a copy of the Title search from Rig Dig in December. 0 events reported by an auto recycler, junk yard, or salvage yard 0 reported total loss or salvage insurance claims 0 reported title or odometer brands 0 events 0 events 0 unique inspections 0 unique inspections 0 different carriers/owners had events associated with this VIN 0 carriers associated with this VIN currently have a nonsatisfactory safety rating 0 carriers associated with this VIN currently have a CSA vehicle maintenance alert 0 recorded UCC liens/terminations have been reported against this VIN 5 title and registration reported 1HTSLABK8SH623717 1995 International 4700 Low Profile 4x2 V8, 7.3L, This RigDig™ report is based on information supplied to RigDig™ and available as of Thu | Nov 29 | 2012 11:23 EST VITAL HISTORY Junk or Salvage Yard Total Loss Insurance Claims Title or Odometer Brands SIGNIFICANT HISTORY Accidents Federally Recordable Accidents Post-Accident Inspections Inspections Inspections with No Violations Inspections with Violations 0 total violations 0 total out-of-service violations Carriers / Owners Carriers/Owners Identified Carriers with Non-Satisfactory Safety Rating Carriers with CSA Vehicle Maintenance Alert UCC Liens TITLE HISTORY Title History Running a RigDig™ Report is only one of many important steps to making an informed used truck purchase decision. In addition to this report, a vehicle inspection, test drive, and review of other maintenance records are important steps to making a more informed decision. This particular RigDig™ Report is based only on information supplied to RigDig™ and available as of 11/29/2012 at 11:23 AM EST. Other important information about this vehicle may not have been reported to RigDig™. Page 1 of 8 -- 1HTSLABK8SH623717 Junk or Salvage Yard To protect your investment and your safety, RigDig™ has partnered with the Department of Justice’s NMVTIS database to integrate information regarding vehicles that auto recyclers, junk yards and salvage yards take into their possession (learn more). This information helps ensure junk or salvage vehicles are not rebuilt and re-sold to unsuspecting consumers. Additionally, it helps to ensure VINs from destroyed vehicles can never be used to create a purportedly clean title for a stolen vehicle (this is known as VIN cloning). Disposition Date State Reporting Entity Details Great News! This VIN has not been reported to NMVTIS by any junk, salvage yard or recycler. Total Loss Insurance Claims Under law, the Department of Justice requires insurance carriers to report total loss insurance claims for vehicles of 10,000 GVWR or less to NMVTIS. While many insurance carriers are voluntarily reporting vehicles of 10,000 GVWR or greater to NMVTIS, other insurance carriers have chosen not to voluntarily report this information to NMVTIS. We’re working hard to change the law, so commercial vehicle buyers have access to all the total loss insurance claim information (learn more). Claim Type Date State Reporting Entity Details Great News! This VIN has not been reported to NMVTIS by any insurance carriers. Title or Odometer Brands Brands are descriptive labels (applied by state motor vehicle titling agencies) regarding the status of a motor vehicle, such as junk, rebuilt, salvage, and flood. The Department of Justice’s NMVTIS database keeps a history of Brands that have been applied to the VIN by any state. RigDig™ pulls from this database and presents all current or previous brands for a VIN identified. As a consumer, this Brand information helps protect you from purchasing a damaged vehicle that is presented for sale without disclosure of the vehicle’s real condition. In addition, it can identify Title Washing schemes where the physical title has been altered to wash the brand, making it appear as though it is a clean title. Brand Date State Details Great News! This VIN has not been reported to NMVTIS with any title or odometer brands. RigDig reports the information as it is reported to RigDig by FMCSA. If you find any discrepancies in the information, please use the following methods to update the FMCSA source. Motor Carrier Information All motor carriers operating commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce are required to file an updated form MCS-150 (Motor Carrier Identification report) every 2 years. Click here to update your MCS-150. Accident & Inspection Records Click here to dispute an accident or inspection record using the DataQs system. The DataQs system is an electronic means for filing concerns about Federal and State data released to the public by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Through this system, data concerns are automatically forwarded to the appropriate office for resolution. The system also allows filers to monitor the status of each filing. Additional information about this motor vehicle, including problems, may not have been reported to, processed accurately by, or properly transmitted to us by our third-party suppliers and sources. RRPC does not provide information or data to NMVTIS or any of our other third-party suppliers or sources, nor does it verify, test, audit, approve or otherwise review the motor vehicle information or data it receives. Therefore, unless otherwise agreed in writing NEITHER RRPC NOR ANY CUSTOMER OF RRPC ASSUMES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS IN THIS REPORT AND, OTHER THAN THE RIGDIG CERTIFICATION (AS DEFINED BELOW), IF APPLICABLE, RRPC AND ITS CUSTOMER EACH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTION OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS, DATA ACCURACY OR ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING OR TRADE USAGE. This Report is only one of many important factors to consider when making an informed motor vehicle purchase decision. In addition to this Report, a vehicle inspection, test drive and review of other maintenance records are important steps to making an informed motor vehicle purchase decision. RigDig Certification - This Report may indicate that the motor vehicle with the vehicle identification number (VIN) set forth in this Report (the "Subject Vehicle") qualifies for "RigDig Certification." For purposes of the Report, "RigDig Certification" means that, after taking commercially reasonable efforts to access the NMVTIS central files available to RRPC as of the time and date set forth in this Report, RRPC did not identify any Title Brands, Junk or Salvage Yard reports or Total Loss Insurance Claims (each as defined in the Report) reported in such NMVTIS central files and related to the VIN of the Subject Vehicle. Use of Report - You may only publish, display or distribute this Report in its entirety, including all disclaimers, titles, trade marks, trade names, copyright notices, and other proprietary notices included herein, and in accordance with all applicable laws and RRPC procedures. You may not modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any of the trade marks, trade names, logos, text or graphic images included in this Report (collectively, the "Report Content"), without express written consent of RRPC. RRPC and its affiliates and contractors own the Report Content and retain all intellectual property rights therein. NMVTIS Information - The portions of this Report that were compiled from information received from NMVTIS are designated with the NMVTIS logo. The following Consumer Access Product Disclaimer applies solely to such NMVTIS information: NMVTIS Consumer Access Product Disclaimer The National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) is an electronic system that contains information on certain automobiles titled in the United States. NMVTIS is intended to serve as a reliable source of title and brand history for automobiles, but it does not contain detailed information regarding a vehicle's repair history. All states, insurance companies, and junk and salvage yards are required by federal law to regularly report information to NMVTIS. However, NMVTIS does not contain information on all motor vehicles in the United States because some states are not yet providing their vehicle data to the system. Currently, the data provided to NMVTIS by states is provided in a variety of time frames; while some states report and update NMVTIS data in "real-time" (as title transactions occur), other states send updates less frequently, such as once every 24 hours or within a period of days. Information on previous, significant vehicle damage may not be included in the system if the vehicle was never determined by an insurance company (or other appropriate entity) to be a "total loss" or branded by a state titling agency. Conversely, an insurance carrier may be required to report a "total loss" even if the vehicle's titling-state has not determined the vehicle to be "salvage" or "junk." A vehicle history report is NOT a substitute for an independent vehicle inspection. Before making a decision to purchase a vehicle, consumers are strongly encouraged to also obtain an independent vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle does not have hidden damage. The Approved NMVTIS Data Providers (look for the NMVTIS logo) can include vehicle condition data from sources other than NMVTIS. The information in NMVTIS INCLUDES: - Information from participating state motor vehicle titling agencies. - Information on automobiles, buses, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, motor homes, and tractors. NMVTIS may not currently include commercial vehicles if those vehicles are not included in a state's primary database for title records (in some states, those vehicles are managed by a separate state agency), although these records may be added at a later time. Information on "brands" applied to vehicles provided by participating state motor vehicle titling agencies. Brand types and definitions vary by state, but may provide useful information about the condition or prior use of the vehicle. - Most recent odometer reading in the state's title record. - Information from insurance companies, and auto recyclers, including junk and salvage yards, that is required by law to be reported to the system, beginning March 31, 2009. This information will include if the vehicle was determined to be a "total loss" by an insurance carrier. - Information from junk and salvage yards receiving a "cash for clunker" vehicle traded-in under the Consumer Assistance to Recycle and Save Act of 2009 (CARS) Program. Consumers are advised to visit www.vehiclehistory.gov for details on how to interpret the information in the system and understand the meaning of various labels applied to vehicles by the participating state motor vehicle titling agencies.
