Beautiful Paint, with No Damage, and this Corvette has been a Garaged example. (1 of 357 in this color, but with Gray and Black Leather Trim interior’s also available with Bright Aqua exterior, this one with Beige is a rare combo) * Cold - Electronic Climate Control A/C * BOSE Gold CD Stereo / Cassette -in full working order with perfect speaker system and no crackling or buzzing. Power Antenna works intermittently, but won’t go down all the way unless helped. * Dual Power Seats (Driver Side works, but likes a little help) Is fine once set. The Passenger side Power Seat works perfectly. * G92 Performance Axle quiet and no clunks in the driveline when going in and out of gear * Blue Tint Lift Off Top has Sun and weather hazing that can be tinted/covered, or rejuvenated as I've found while researching various Corvette sites.* Owners Manual in Original Black zippered Binder * GM Corvette Rear Cargo Mat (pale blue) * P/Locks, P/Windows, P/Seat, Elec. Mirrors, Delay Wipers, and the A4L60E 4 Speed Automatic Trans, working perfectly. Interior is wonderful and clean for it being a 1996, allowing for minimal wear and tear. Factory Floor Mats are excellent.Cargo Pull Cover is great, and operates properly also. Dashboard display is bright, odometer is at 81,547 miles.The top of the dash by the defroster has no heat buckling down by the wiper area of the windshield, as I’ve seen on some. Leather on steering wheel is fine with no sun burning or scorching either. Has some very small road chips that you would be hard pressed to notice, except for when waxing her. Bumpers are fine with no splits or deformity’s. Windshield is perfect, with no hazing, or Wiper marks. She is gorgeous in beautiful Bright Aqua Coloring, and she gets a lot of comments on how nice the Paint and Condition are. Florida smooth Roads driven on nice days, for the past several years.Clean undercarriage, motor, floorboards, and exhaust system. The Front lift up Nose and headlights along with all underpinnings are original to this car with no Fiberglass work at all. All lighting operational including Underhood lamps, and Headlights operate perfect with NO NOISES while doors open and close, and Power windows work perfect as well. NO LEAKS, Targa Top Weather Strips are weathered looking and need replacing. ( easy to replace, and I’ve seen for approx. $68 brand new and available here on ebay), Door Sill Window Strips are perfect. Front windshield strip starting to show some splits, but nothing is dried out, or flaking, just want to give full disclosure. My Corvette has been priced taking these things into account that the next buyer can perform at a later date.Rear Hatch Weather Strip has recently been replaced. ~ No noises or odors. While driving, it's easy to realize just how easy the miles have gone on that she's been driven. ~ Factory Stock throughout, with Chromed “Slip On” Exhaust Tip Covers over original tips and Easily removable. ~ Always maintained, Engine is clean inside with no sludge buildup whatsoever, and Transmission has been serviced periodically as well. ~ Recent new Fuel Pump, Tune, Oil & Filter Change along with the Anti Freeze. ~ Autocheck states 1 incident back in 2004 when the Front bumper was bumped/scraped up, and repaired as I was told. It was properly reported as to not get scammed. Blended excellently, and looks Great. No other damage, ever. ~ Rims are Excellent with proper Brushed Aluminum look, and clearcoat is intact.~ Tires are BF Goodrich G-Force with approx. 80% Front and approx. 65% rear Tread life left. ~ Brakes are with 60-65% life left. ~ This ’96 Corvette Starts quickly, and is smooth from the get go. Oil / Filter Antifreeze recently changed. ~ Light for keyless entry is on in one of the dashboard pics because motor was off, and the key was on, with the driver’s door open. Otherwise it's off at all other times, and security system is fully operational. Have Keys, but No Key Fob. The braking system was further complimented by receiving the same heavy duty RPO J55 code brakes as the super Vette’s ZR-1 did. GM updated the 1995/96 Corvette, by restyling the front fender “gill” air vents, fuel injectors were revised to better cope with alcohol-blend fuels and to reduce fuel dripping after engine shutdown. The engine cooling fan was modified for quieter operation. Different Opti Spark to handle the previous ’92-‘94 LT1 Opti problems. The early Optispark distributor had durability problems and a revised version was introduced with vacuum vents to remove moisture on the 1994 B-Bodies and in 1995 on the Y and F-Bodies; the vacuum vents can be added onto earlier distributors There were a few different versions of the LT1. All feature a cast iron block, with aluminum heads in the Y and F bodies, and cast iron heads in the B and D bodies. The Y body Corvette blocks had four-bolt main caps, while most other blocks were two-bolt main caps. Also better Sound: The 1995 Corvette’s CD player was reinforced better to stop the frequent skipping that could occur over bumps and other rough areas. This carried through to 1996 as well.Rattle Reduction: As a chief complaint with buyers was still the rattles that the Corvette produced, the Chevy boys responded by installing adhesive strips that would reduce some rattle in strategically located places throughout the Cabin. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ * PM me for additional pictures if you are truly interested, and for anything else. The 1995 and then the 1996 are the best and obviously the most well thought out examples of the thirteen year C4 model run. In my opinion, next to the great looking 1965-72 models, these later LT1's run as strong as 95% of the big blocks available in that era. But these late C4's are so much more affordable at the current time, and they are finally now getting the value recognition they deserve. They are a great way to drive your money, so to speak, and this one is a Honey.
