It comes with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, including an Alpine audio system, GPS Navigation system and park assist. It is in very, very good condition inside and out, and it runs fantastic. Original sticker price of this car was over $85,000. This excellent Jaguar can be yours for a small fraction of that price. This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has just 74,140 original miles on it. This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. The Carfax report shows no accident history or any other problems. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The top is in excellent shape with no stains, holes or tears. The seats are leather, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. Both front seats have power controls and the driver's seat has memory. Both front seats are also individually heated. The rear seat is also very nice. This Jaguar has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Power tilt & telescopic wheel; Cruise control; Cold auto air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. This car has an Alpine AM/FM/Cassette stereo with steering wheel controls and a CD changer in the trunk. Safety features include ABS, traction control and dual air bags. The wood trim is in beautiful condition. The XKR comes only one way - fully loaded. That means this Jag includes a GPS navigation system. It is a DVD-based system, so you won't have to change discs anywhere in the continental USA. There is a 6 disc CD changer in he trunk along with the drive for the Navigation system. The auto rearview mirror has a compass display and controls for the HomeLink gate / garage opener are overhead. The manual is with the vehicle. Bothe master keys, the valet key and both remote key fobs are with the car. The boot for the top and the wind screen are also included. The trunk is clean and roomy. A cargo net is included. This 4.0 liter V8 runs very, very well. Its rated at 370 hp and 387 lb-ft of torque. That's 76 more hp and 84 more lb-ft of torque than the base XK8. To keep up with the engine, the XKR gets Jaguar's Computer Active Technology Suspension (CATS), which uses two-stage damping to improve adhesion while maintaining a cushy ride. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
